Each of us is a 21st century passenger: flights became daily life means of transportation. Every minute, 24 hrs/day people keep passing through airports around the world. Our job is driven by the understanding of their needs and expectations to ensure that facilities are designed around them.

Perseverance

We live every day the complexity of the design process: the concept phase and the need for a constant and continuous critical review up to the production strategy, the market exploration, the understanding of our customer objectives, the delivery of punctual and responsive proposals to actual needs. We take care of design as live process with its recurrent reviews, preparation of specifications, cost estimates and organization of supervision in the construction phase. Perseverance in seeking continuous improvements in the approach and in the way in which the activities are carried out is an essential factor in achieving concrete goals, along with management efficiency that translates into optimal results for our customers.

Air Alliance team action is based on effective processes and strategical implementation plans monitored through KPI (Key Performance Indicators) to enable a constant control on objectives.

Marco Bruno

CEO Founder

Following the master’s Degree in Transportation Engineering, and a short period as assistant to the Professor of Airport Design at the Naples University, he worked for airports covering several positions from Operations Manager, to Planning Manager, Commercial and Technical Director and eventually Managing Director in Airport Management Companies and Airlines since 1995. In 2011 registered Air Alliance having in mind a new approach to Airport design that would be more focused on the overall airport performance in operations, business and passenger experience.

Andrea Della Pietra

Technical Director

MSc Civil Engineer, has been working for 20 years within Airport and Air Transport Business. His major specialization field is Airport Terminal capacity assessment, service levels, design, project management and works supervision. Andrea joined Air Alliance in 2017 taking the lead of the Technical Department with responsibility of the airside and landside planning and engineering.

Finance Director

With more than 15- year experience in Company management, with a Master Degree in Business Administration, Federico joined the Company in 2013. He leads our finance and administration department focusing on: company business goals, projects costs and budget from the perspective of the airport & aviation industry macro-economics and with an eye on the social and economic trends.

Administration and Procurement Manager

BA in Political Science, Simona has worked for major European Banks and Institutions, Airlines and finally with Air Alliance, managing suppliers and procurement along with general company administration.

Beatrice Fabricatore

Business Development Manager

MSc. Civil Engineer, Beatrice has developed a significant experience in handling complex airport projects. She has been covering the role of Project Manager in Airport terminal expansion and renovation projects. Her ability in ensuring quick response in managing airport works and related operational issues has made her an outstanding professional when it comes to provide 360 degrees support to our Clients.
